I love the location, easy to get to and from the airport, shopping,and attractions. A huge thanks to Anil, Solomon, and Sandeep who kept our room in top class condition and was always on hand if we required anything.

The resort is one of the oldest, but with a rich history and excellent staff, and service , special mention to Mr Manoj, a real gentleman, and to Suleiman who did a great job in keeping the apartment clean and tidy, thanks for a great stay.

Took double payment from my credit card. Upon supporting to solve the issue. The staff there said their website is hacked and they cannot do anything about it. They told to contact Booking.com to resolve it.

Imagine that you live in the middle of a garden with singing, birds chirping, and swimming pools distributed in a wonderful geometric manner. The garden overlooks a walkway on the sea coast, and on the other side is the main road full of restaurants, cafes, markets, and easy access to everything.

The hotel is nicely situated on Lake Khaled and has nice greenery. The room was large with access to the garden. Shoer was fine but the water appeared to be slightly reddish at times. Parking was very near the room.

Very kind staff. The master room is spacious and big. The pool is good too and there is a kid pool. We appreciate our staycation in this hotel. We will come back !

I like the amenities. It's really a second home with complete appliances in master suite and huge tv area and kitchen area. The pool was well maintained. And the staff were friendly. Hirun, Saheer, and Christopher welcomed me well in the pool. Katherine assisted me on the breakfast, and a fast checkout with Amanul. I enjoyed my stay.

The rooms like specious, well designed, interior all very nice. All the outside area well maintained, clean, greenery. The pool is small but it's fine for me. Staffs are very good and friendly.
